As a customer Service Representative, you must be the first and primary contact for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications, meetings, and other relevant information.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- OND in Business administration, secretarial studies or a related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional courteous behavior.
- proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the telecommunications industry or related field.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
