As a customer Service Representative, you must be the first and primary contact for our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications, meetings, and other relevant information.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• OND in Business administration, secretarial studies or a related field preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional courteous behavior.
• proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the telecommunications industry or related field.
